Appearance of the Southern Water Tribe

This is a broad overview of the Southern Water Tribe. The tribe is a very small circle surrounded by a wall and inhabited by tightly packed igloos. There are four main roads which split into alleyways in between the igloos. It's always very cold and most tribesmen/women are bundled in fur coats, gloves, and boots.
